Event Description
The Innov8 for Health's Idea Expo 2011 will show case great ideas around solving the health care challenge of transitions in care.
Anyone can attend.
To compete, we just ask that you submit one page outlining the following about your idea:
- What it is
- Who you are targeting
- How it will improve transitions in care (stay tuned for more info.)
A template will be set-up for submission in mid Oct.
